About us

The Albert Street Uniting Church is a landmark in Brisbane's central business district. The Church is located at the corner of Albert and Ann Streets, opposite King George Square and is in close proximity to Brisbane City Hall.

Through Wesley Mission Brisbane's Aged Care and Community Service Divisions, Albert Street congregation is commited to social justice and compassion, and is intricately interwoven with the growth and development of the city of Brisbane.

The church also holds a significant place in Queensland's religious history as it served for many years as the symbolic centre of Methodism in Queensland.
