With eight years of experience in senior roles within residential aged care and retirement living in the not-for-profit sector, Genevieve brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. She has held positions as CEO, director, and senior manager, and served on boards as a Non-Executive Director & Chair, Finance and Risk in the aged care sector. 

Genevieve joined Wesley Mission Queensland in 2021 as the General Manager – Residential Aged Care Business Operations, when she was responsible for the strategic direction and operational activities across our fourteen residential aged care homes. In her current role as Director Ageing Well, Genevieve leads the new strategic direction of our aged care wellbeing services, which include Residential Aged Care, Retirement Living, Community Aged Care and Respite.

Genevieve has graduate and postgraduate qualifications in business. With a focus on business acumen, her aim is to provide high quality care and sustainable service to our customers.
