supporting Brisbane, Logan and Gold Coast families in need
Christmas is a time of giving and it is an especially hard time for struggling families.
This Christmas we are seeking donations of:

toiletries and personal care items for adults

gifts for children of all age groups

an online tax deductible donation.
How

drop off toiletries and other personal care items to any one of our Wesley Mission Brisbane locations

drop off a gift to any one of our Wesley Mission Brisbane locations

fill a wrapped shoebox (marked with age and gender of recipient) and drop off at any one of our Wesley Mission Brisbane locations.
For some people Christmas means never having enough to go around.

The services our Christmas gift appeal supports are:
Our Emergency Relief Service - the only one of its kind in Brisbane’s CBD this service offers a hand up to anyone who is experiencing difficulties getting back on their feet. This means anything from food vouchers to grocery parcels or, in extreme emergencies utility bills including vouchers for urgent pharmaceutical scripts or suburban rail vouchers for emergency travel.
This service relies heavily on donations – especially at Christmas when demand is high.
Our Gold Coast Service Hub - provides essential support and services to everyone from pregnant and parenting teenagers to youths and families at risk of homelessness as well as to many older clients.
This services relies entirely on donations to help give these people a happy Christmas.
