Your Wedding
We welcome couples from any denomination and look forward to helping you plan your important day.
Our full wedding package includes:
- services of the Officiating Minister
- Organist
- Church Officer (to ensure that everything is set up according to your wishes)
- Fresh, professionally arranged flowers
- pew decorations on the first six pews
- electronic bells played as you leave the church.
Package price: $1000.

Our Church
Albert Street is a heritage listed church, almost 120 years old.
The pipe organ, century old stained glass, rare old timbers and unique architecture all combine to create a welcoming atmosphere to share with family and friends.
Church viewing times:
Monday to Friday, 10.00am to 2.00pm
Your music
Our Organist has a wide repertoire of music suitable for wedding processionals.
Some of the items most frequently requested at our weddings are:
- Mendelssohn's Wedding March
- Wagner's Bridal March
- Clarke's Trumpet Voluntary in D
- Handel's Rejoicing
- Pachelbel's Canon in D.
He is also happy to meet any requests you may have.
Your reception and function 
Wesley House, a boutique nine-storey building is directly beside Albert Street Uniting Church.
Wesley House is the perfect location for your wedding reception.

Getting to know you
We like to take the time to get to know you as a couple.
Once a month we hold a gathering for couples marrying at Albert Street Church.
There will be light refreshments and we will guide you through the marriage ceremony, also ensuring necessary legal requirements are addressed.
During this time you will have an opportunity to meet with the Organist and to look through the church.
Preparing for the future
Included within the wedding package is a one day Marriage Preparation Course held on a Saturday. Couples are not obliged to attend but we strongly encourage you consider this small investment of time in your future together.
The program (unless otherwise advised):
- is held in the Albert Room, Ground Floor, Raymont Lodge, 47 Cadell Street, Auchenflower
- from 9.00am to 4.00pm
- includes morning and afternoon tea, and lunch.
Preparation for Marriage Course is also available to couples not being married in Albert Street Church for a fee of $80.

Baptisms
We regularly conduct baptismal services, especially during the Family Service at 11.00am on Sundays.
Once you have made your initial booking we will forward a letter of confirmation and a booklet explaining the ceremony.
Just prior to the baptism the minister will make contact you to discuss the ceremony.
We encourage you and your family to come to a service prior to your baptismal service.
Please note that an offering for the work and ministry of the church will be collected during the service.
