Pancake Day 2010

Wesley Mission Brisbane’s Albert Street Uniting Church, was flipping pancakes with the help of Grace Grace, state member for Brisbane Central, from 7am to 10am, on Shrove Tuesday (16 February 2010). 

Armed with barbeques, a marquee, and a dose of goodwill and heart, Grace Grace along with volunteers from the Albert Street Church congregation sold pancakes to passersby on the corner of Ann and Albert Streets. All proceeds were donated to the The Sudanese Nuer Faith Community of the Uniting Church.
